Seller and scope
These Terms of Sale govern a consumer’s subscription to Apply Butler Premium, supplied by TECH OS, a French Société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle (SASU), with share capital of 2 000 €, registered as 929 298 644 RCS Lyon, whose registered office is at 121 rue de Gerland, 69007 Lyon, France.
The service is intended for individuals applying for jobs on their own behalf. Using it to recruit for third parties or reselling it requires a separate agreement. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country or state of residence remain applicable where they cannot lawfully be waived.

What the service provides
Discovery campaign
Every user may receive one discovery campaign, usable once without a payment method, to test the workflow using a selected resume and job target. Multiple accounts used to obtain extra free campaigns may be rejected.
Apply Butler Premium
The active subscription allows users to:
- create and keep multiple job-search campaigns in parallel;
- schedule recurring automated runs using the selected resume and target;
- find openings, assess relevance, and process accessible application paths;
- review campaign, application, and observed-result histories.
Apply Butler does not guarantee any number of openings, applications, employer responses, interviews, or hires. Employers and third-party websites remain independent of Tech OS.

Recurring runs and fair use
The plan is designed for up to three active campaigns in parallel, with the objective of one automated rerun per day. A run does not mean that a new opening will be found or an application submitted that day.
Beyond three active campaigns, additional campaigns may run in rotation. Tech OS may also temporarily space runs where an immediate rerun is unlikely to find new openings, a third-party site limits automated access, or capacity, maintenance, or security requires it. The recurring automated nature of the service is maintained.
Artificial duplication, security bypasses, account sharing, unlawful or misleading instructions, and use that materially degrades the service are not reasonable use. Except for security emergencies or obvious fraud, Tech OS will explain any lasting volume restriction and allow the user to adjust their campaigns.

Technical requirements
The service requires a recent web browser, internet access, and a valid email address. Accepted resumes are PDF files only, up to 5 MB. The user must provide accurate information, hold the necessary rights to uploaded documents, and verify personal, legal, and sensitive answers used in applications.

Subscription and activation
Before payment, checkout must show the plan, total price, billing interval, these terms, and an unambiguous payment-obligation action. The customer must be able to review and correct the order before confirming it.
Stripe collects payment. Premium normally activates within minutes after Stripe confirms payment and no later than 24 hours afterward. The order confirmation and contractual information must also be provided on a durable medium, such as email.

Price, billing, and payment
Apply Butler Premium costs 149 € TTC per month, paid in euros in advance for each monthly period. The checkout summary shows the price and taxes actually applicable. A card issuer may charge its own currency-conversion fees; Tech OS adds no payment-method surcharge.
Payment is made by card through Stripe. Tech OS does not receive the complete card number. Premium access may be suspended after notice if payment fails and restored after payment is brought up to date.

Term, renewal, and cancellation
The subscription runs for one month from activation and renews automatically for successive monthly periods, with no minimum commitment, until canceled.
The customer may cancel free of charge at any time from Manage my subscription in their profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and Premium remains available until then. Except for statutory withdrawal, a commercial refund, or lack of conformity, a started monthly period is not refundable.

European withdrawal right
Where the French or European withdrawal right applies, the consumer has 14 days from subscription to withdraw without giving a reason. The prior discovery campaign does not remove this right.

If the consumer expressly asks for performance to begin during the 14-day period, a proportionate amount for service supplied before withdrawal may remain payable. No amount is due where the required express request or statutory information was not provided. Statutory refunds are made within 14 days by the original payment method, without deducting Stripe fees from the consumer.
Additional commercial policy
Without reducing statutory rights, Tech OS refunds a request received within 14 days in full if no Premium run started. If one Premium run started, Tech OS offers a commercial refund of at least 50% of the first month. The more favorable statutory or commercial result applies.

Availability and security
Tech OS uses reasonable measures to operate and secure the service. Maintenance, updates, security incidents, and provider outages may interrupt it. Where a material interruption is foreseeable, Tech OS endeavors to notify users. Statutory conformity rights remain unaffected.

Statutory digital-service warranty
Where French consumer law applies, the consumer benefits from the statutory conformity warranty throughout the digital-service supply period. It includes necessary updates and conformity without undue delay, cost, or major inconvenience.
Depending on the circumstances, a persistent or sufficiently serious defect may entitle the consumer to a price reduction or termination. Rights under Articles L. 224-25-1 through L. 224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code and the statutory warranty against hidden defects remain available.

Responsibilities
Tech OS remains responsible for its contractual obligations and statutory warranties. The user remains responsible for the selected target and resume and for the accuracy, legality, personal answers, and consents supplied. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that consumer law does not permit Tech OS to limit.
Tech OS is not responsible for an employer’s decision, a closed posting, a CAPTCHA, third-party authentication, or inaccurate user-supplied information. An application is reported as submitted only after a sufficiently clear confirmation is observed.

Personal data
Account data, resumes, targets, answers, and campaign history are processed to supply the service. A resume and required information may be transmitted to employers and their providers during an application. A separate privacy policy must describe the complete processing terms before personal data is collected.

Changes to the service, price, or terms
Tech OS may evolve the service for improvement, security, or legal compliance. A material adverse change to price, essential features, or terms affecting a current subscription is communicated on a durable medium at least 30 days in advance. The customer may cancel before it takes effect.

Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for a failure directly caused by force majeure under French law. The affected party gives reasonable notice and limits the event’s effects. Statutory suspension and termination rights remain available if the event persists.

Complaints and consumer mediation
First send complaints to contact@tech-os.org or 121 rue de Gerland, 69007 Lyon, France. Tech OS endeavors to provide an amicable response within a reasonable time.
Tech OS has not yet finalized an agreement with an approved French consumer mediator. The mediator’s details will be added after signature. This temporary notice does not claim an affiliation and must be regularized before full commercial launch.

Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by French law. This does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections in their country or state of residence. If no amicable resolution is reached, the customer may use any court made available by applicable consumer law. The French-language terms are the reference version where legally permitted.
