The principle

Apply Butler uses the data needed to find jobs and process applications within the scope you choose. Your resume is sent to an employer only when it must be attached to an application. Missing personal, legal, or sensitive answers are not invented.

What may be usedduring a campaign.

Sources are limited to necessary account information, the selected resume, the job-search description, and profile answers that fit the application field.

  • Your name and contact details may fill identity and contact fields.
  • You explicitly select the resume before starting the campaign.
  • The campaign description defines your current job target.
  • Previously approved answers may be reused in a compatible context.
  • Information identified from a resume remains traceable and may require validation.
  • An unknown optional field may remain blank.
  • An unknown required field pauses the application for your answer.

Limits appliedto each job application.

The goal is not to submit at any cost. Every form remains tied to a specific job, resume, and the information actually available for that user.

01

A separate workspace for each campaign

The working folder contains the data and reference resume for the current campaign, not files from other users.

02

No direct access to service credentials

The search and application agents receive what they need for their task, without database credentials or infrastructure keys.

03

Resumes stored in private storage

Downloads use temporary access. The selected resume can be sent to an employer for an application, but not while merely reviewing a posting.

04

An unknown answer remains unanswered

A required field without a compatible answer pauses the application. Apply Butler does not fill it with a guess.

The recorded resultdepends on what is observed.

A form can fail, remain blocked, or provide no confirmation. Those outcomes are not counted as submitted job applications.

Clicking “Submit” is not proof of submission.

The “Submitted” status is used when an unambiguous confirmation appears on the employer site, such as a receipt message, application ID, or another explicit result. An uncertain result remains separate.

What you canreview, correct, or delete.

Your account brings together resumes, reusable answers, campaigns, and applications. Account deletion is also available from your profile.

  • Download or delete a saved resume.
  • Review and edit answers used in job applications.
  • See which information is still required for a specific application.
  • Delete the account and its associated resumes, answers, campaigns, and applications.
  • End the subscription linked to the account as part of deletion.

What the servicedoes not claim to solve.

Some obstacles require a person or depend entirely on the employer's site. They remain visible as such.

  • No interview, employer response, or job offer is guaranteed.
  • A closed or inaccessible job posting is not bypassed.
  • A CAPTCHA or required sign-in may need your intervention.
  • Separate consent or a sensitive declaration is not provided automatically.
  • A technical incident is not converted into a submitted application.
